Beneath the velvet night, a star so bright,
I whisper dreams and hopes into the air,
As twinkling lights above ignite the night,
I send my wishes with a gentle prayer.

Oh star, so far away in heavens high,
I gaze upon your shimmering light with awe,
I close my eyes and let my spirit fly,
And trust that you will heed my heartfelt call.

In solitude, I find my solace here,
As night embraces me with gentle grace,
I feel a sense of peace, my doubts disappear,
And in this moment, time and space erase.
