I needed a fresh start
the people in high school
we’re getting on my last nerve
I think I needed to get away
get some space
even if we are best friends
we fought a lot
but then again
I was in a bad space
we’re better now
right?
but we’re so far away
I don’t think it was you
I think I took my pain
out on you
thought you would use me
like everyone else
this is my candy coated apology
although you’ll never read it
I hope I can still show you
I don’t blame you
to my best friend
we fought because of our surroundings
