Who would have thought
that you were the one I was waiting for?
All these years I kept my heart locked away.
Just to be conquered by you in this maze.

The first time I laid my eyes on you,
I caught you staring at me out of the blue.
Those wide eyes and your bright smile
It made me wish to stop the running time.

We were strangers who happened to meet,
Entangled by the strings of fate on our feet.
The long wait was over for both of us.
As we were standing exchanging our vows.

Time may pass but still, love is a mystery.
Every day with you is a discovery.
No fantasies but rather with our reality.
And our lives will be a proven theory.
