Inhumane, depraved, horrifc, desolation,
Repeat them so much, make a semantic satiation,
The gravity of the words collapsed,
A missile wrecked your moral background—
In a world where human malice rules,
"She got beaten and raped" is but morning coffee news,
She, a pregnant woman in her fifth month,
Wasn't the first, eleventh, or the millionth,
And some two-year-olds got butchered,
But what has that even altered?
Every morning a mass plus,
Apparently yesterday's didn't make enough of a fuss.
