Ghost Town
Silent streets and empty houses,
Echoes of a long-gone time,
No more laughter, no more voices,
Just a memory left behind.

Buildings wore by wind and weather,
Streets devoid of any sound,
Once a bustling place together,
Now a ghost town, all around.

Abandoned shops and broken windows,
Shadows on the dusty ground,
All that's left are fading echoes,
Of a life that once was found.

No more footsteps on the pavement,
No more life within these walls,
Just a lonely, empty statement,
Of a place that time recalls.

But in the silence, if you listen,
You might hear the faintest sound,
Echoes of life once living,
In this ghost town all around.
