Old Soul Aging Backwards
I rarely stay inside the lines

That's how I color my coloring books

Way back in time.

Imagine you are thinking

You are not doing it right

Just because people said so.

If I color the picture of eggplants

as white

Their anger will ignite

Judge me for not coloring it

With violet , purple or the like.

They have forgotten it all started

As white.

If I color the picture of moon

as orange or red

Their faces will turn just as it is

And judge me as harsh as this

Wouldn't they witness the bloody

Or orangey eclipse?

And I color color outside the lines

That's where the fun ends

And starts!

And I end up just fine.
