I wish I were able to trade my life,
With someone who had every happiness in life.
I envy them for having a perfect family,
Unlike mine, a broken one.
I envy them for being surrounded by friends,
Unlike mine, all broken friendships.
I envy them for having a perfect life partner,
Unlike mine, a blank space.
I envy them for having so much of love,
Unlike mine, a love less life.
I envy them for all the happiness they enjoy,
All the commodities they have,
The comfortable life they live,
The rose petals spread on their beds.
But what about me?
My life is filled with sadness and despair,
There are zero commodities to enjoy,
An uncomfortable life,
Thorns making me bleed, every day and night.
I don't think anyone can have a more miserable life,
I don't think I'll ever be able to enjoy a life as good as theirs,
I don't think I'll ever be happy,
I don't think I'll ever be heard.
Happiness is no more a state of mind for me,
For it has been poked and damaged multiple times,
Just to find that it's empty deep down,
All happiness and peace robbed off me.
What I want, I don't get,
People leave when I need them,
Using me selfishly and wringing me till I suffocate,
For I'm just like a use and throw living entity,
Who is to be thrown away mercilessly anyway.
