I don't like dependency, you've made me feel so weak.
But I am stronger than you think, I'll carry on, you'll see.

You might think I'm suffering but I am moving on.
And I await excuses now for why I got you wrong.

I am not the number 1, I am 1 for now,
And in the future if I try you'll surely let me down.

If you go then go and be, so I won't wait for you.
And if I choose to love again, you surely will not do.
