These activities provide me with respite and sanctuary, allowing me to momentarily escape life's challenges and find solace in something greater.

Amidst the pages of scripture,
I find respite for my soul,
Each verse like a soothing elixir,
Making me feel whole.

In the heat of battle,
As I guide Kratos' hand,
I forget my troubles,
And find solace in this land.

Through the gentle curves of my beloved,
I am wrapped in an embrace,
Calming my anxious heart
And bringing life to my face.

In these moments of escape,
I feel a sense of zero anxiety,
A refuge from the world outside,
And a sense of inner serenity.
