Having to hold one's head down
Resting it within your hands
Feeling the pressures in life
That no-one seems to understand
The trust it takes to share your pain
My headache hurts and is pounding like a runaway train
There's words that I need to express
They've caught me with an anxiety that's hanging on to depress
Can somebody please save me
Cos these thoughts have me going crazy
I'm locked in my own prison
That have only dependent on these scars
My mind is left as the prisoner
Trapped within these bars.
