Often you remain calm even though you have many thoughts.
Often you remain calm even after having many questions in your mind.
Often you remain calm even after getting very upset.
Often you remain calm even after being broken inside.
Just so that your problems don't bother anyone else.
You trouble yourself for the good of others.
Another reason for not saying anything is that when no one understands you at all, then what is the use of saying anything..?
