Can you tell me what you see?
When you look at the world around you,
Is it the colours or the shapes?
Or the way the sun goes down
Can you please explain what you mean by beauty?
Take a sec to think about it, if you don't mind
Is it something that you feel inside?
Or is it just what meets the eye?
Is it the way the flowers bloom?
Or the sound of the ocean waves
Is it the laughter of a child?
Or the kindness that someone gave
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
It's different for everyone.
But one thing we can all agree on
Is it something to be cherished and loved?
So take a moment to appreciate
All the beauty that surrounds you
And remember that it's not just what you see.
But what you feel makes it true.
