there's plenty of you out there who hate the way they look some of you want to gain weight and some of you want to lose weight, I'm one of those many people who want to lose weight last year I hated getting on the scale and seeing 106.4 I tried every diet one can think of i tried every exercise I could find I added in sports. but instead of losing weight i gained weight now every morning I hate seeing 123.3 the only time I lost weight was when I was happy I was so proud of myself I wasn't as sad and depressed. but over time the seasons changed and depression hit me really hard I pushed away all my friends to the point we only talked once every 3 weeks I stayed in my room all day every day doing nothing and watching videos of pretty people, for my age I shouldn't be worried but I am. I'm trying hard to be happy and if that means not talking to people for a bit I'm okay with that but just know you can try so hard to do whatever it is to make you feel more yourself but that won't happen unless you're happy with yourself and happy with what you really look like that's when you will see progress.
