Write a poem about a time that your illusions of someone or something were shattered.
Looking at you fills me up with a whole bunch of thoughts
Looking at you reminds me of the laughter and happiness
as well as the heartbreak and sadness
I don't know what it is about you
but at times I wish you were either a bit better or sometimes a bit more worthy
I mean some say your nice, others say your independent
But I guess that's my perspective on who I see you as is someone who is lost
Like it's too hard to believe the praise now compared to the past comments
Nowadays, people always say that you're beautiful and kind in every way,
but looking into this shattered mirror, I don't know what to say
