Always Yours
If only I could see her again, in another lifetime,
I would pull her close and make her mine.
I would hug so her tight, as if the world were to end,
And kiss her softly, letting the moment blend.

Our hearts would beat in perfect sync,
Locking my eyes with her, we wouldn't blink.
I would tell her the story all-over again,
How she left me in a void of pain.

I would narrate the story from the very start,
Of how she first captured my heart.
It was math class, February’s cold,
When I saw her smile, more precious than gold.

A fairytale, a goddess, so divine,
From that moment on,
I prayed her to be mine.

I would share how I searched through the entirety of Facebook's history,
To find my beloved crush.
I would tell her,
How the mere thought of her made me blush.

Ten thousand faces in the group,
It was like searching fish from the sea.
But for me, her devotion was the key.

I didn’t quite remember her face,
But I knew her presence, her unique grace.
A grace so strong that shamed the moon.
I thought to myself,
Hope you are mine soon.

I would tell her the joy of sending that friend request,
And how my heart leaped when she accepted it.
I would tell her,
That when she replied to my text,
My heart actually skipped a beat.

I would tell her of the day,
She wore that green salwar kameez,
So simple yet bright,
She looked like an angel, sent from heaven.
So pure and full of light.

Her black-brown eyes was a piece of art,
And her cute dimples, oh, they stole my heart.
I would tell her again, without a doubt,
“I loved you then, now, and forever throughout.”

If our destiny didn't let us be together,
I would fight the God's and destroy all.
To spend one more day with you,
I am ready to pay the heaviest toll.
