The days of slate and chalk,
Are not easy to erase,
They hold memories,
Of my childhood,
far better than this world of mirage.
All the happiness that it encase
No android can never replace .
Life with toys and toffee
Was better than this pizza and coffee
I just want to get a break
from this journey to the world of fake.
Where the people play with emotion
Just to shape own castle of creation
Where they pretend to love each other
But turn around after their work is over.
Now I can just recap
beauty of life in mother's lap
though old but still they shine
giving me a pleasure of divine.
