The girl of my dreams
Flew by me unannounced
While I was sat alone
At the table in a trance
She slipped on the floor
So I helped her to her feet
Are eyes crossed paths
And my heart skipped a beat
She had beautiful brown eyes
And long luscious hair
The smell of her perfume
Gave the room a beautiful flare
I knew on that day
That I'd found my true love
It was almost like fate
From that man up above
