Happy African child's day.

On the 16th of June 1991 the African child day was born,
This was after the Soweto uprising of 1976
horn,
The day hundreds of kids the grave won,
Streets listened to the call for a justifiable education.

Education to an African child is still a scam,
Only for the rich not those who die on farm,
Poor learning conditions there hopes slam.
Hard life to them still stand firm.

Security to an African child still a dream,
In social injustices where many swim,
Refugee camps there only hym,
Love to many hides in dim.

In pain the African child stagger,
Depression what in them swagger,
Like their culture in silence they suffer,
Though, 'we value them, 'extortionists stammer.
