Write a poem about truth and if the truth that has been told to us can be trusted.
(People choose their truth, and the way they choose their truth is how the truth treats them. If someone chooses a false truth, life will treat them in the falsest way possible.
The truth about lies is that they are intentionally false statements or misrepresentations of reality.)

The trueness, the trueness, it's always there
If you look hard enough, you'll find
The trueness, the trueness, it's always there
It's the only thing that will set you free.

In the orb of integrity & truth, a choice we all must make
A path we choose, a path we all must partake
The verity we choose, the verity we hold dear
Will shape our lives, & brings us cheer.

Sometimes the irrefutable truth can be painful
But it's always worth it in the end
Hence don't be afraid to face the facts
And let the truth set you free.

Upon the altar of deceit, where lies are born
A valances of falsehoods, woven with scorn
With honeyed words and promises so sweet
They lure the unwary, their victims to meet.

In soft soughs, they plant their seeds of doubt
And poison the faith with phrases that slash like a shout
They warp the truth, and bend it to their will
To gain control, to climb up the hill.

Lies have legs, and they will come to light
No matter how calamitous dark the night, or how deep the dead of night
For truth is a beacon, shining ever bright
And lies will crumble, consumed by its light.

Lies has those uproar of ego
And nirvana has quiescence
Two sides of the same coin
Yet so different in essence.

The two of them, two worlds apart
Ego's uproar, a peace's gentle heart
One a tempest, the other a wild breeze
Both sides of the same coin, yet so free

Lies, a maelstrom of deceit and pain
Ego's cacophony, a never-ending strain
Nirvana, a haven of serenity
Peace samsara's a mind murmur, & a sweet melody

Lies, a labyrinth of dubiety and shame
Ego's twisted game, a never-ending blame
Nirvana, a refuge of serene and light
Heartsease a pure essence, & a beacon of sight

Lies, a river of falsehood,fallacy and strife
Ego's mayhem & turmoil, a never-ending life
Nirvana, an ocean of tranquility
Peace's endless depths, a sweet mystery

Lies are born of trepidation & fear
Of wanting to be seen in a certain way
They are a shield to protect us
From the world's harsh gaze.

Then how can we trust their truth, when all they do
Is sow discord and spread lies anew?
Their words are like a poison, seeping in
To rot our minds and make us doubt within.

As in twisted webs of fib & deceit, they weave their lies
Thinking their secrets safe from prying eyes
But truth, like a fierce wind, will blow them wide
And expose the falsehoods, no matter the try.

Their legs of lies, so slender and weak
Will buckle under pressure, oh so meek
For truth is a rock, unshakeable and strong
And lies, like sand, will soon be gone.

In the darkness of night, they may think they've won
But the light of truth will soon be done
It will shine so bright, like a beacon in the sky
And their lies, like shadows, will quickly die.

But we must stand against them, and be strong
To hold on to our truth, and right the wrong
We must not let them tear us down, or break our will
For we are the ones who have the power to stand still.

Because the truth can be hard to swallow
But it's always the best thing for you
Henceforth don't be afraid to face the truth
Even if it's not what you want to hear

As the honesty & truth is a thing
That can be hard to find
But it's always there
If you look hard enough.

The truth is a powerful thing
It can change your life
So don't be afraid to let the truth in
And let it change you for the better.

And trust your gut, my dear, it's the wisest part of you
For it knows what's true and what's not, it's always true blue
Follow your heart, it's the path that's straight and true
For the truth will always see you through.

The truth can be hard to swallow, it may sting and hurt
But it's always the best thing for you, it's a healing flame that burns
Hence listen to your gut, and follow your heart
For they'll guide you to the truth, and set you apart.

In the darkness of doubt, they'll be your shining light
And in the stormy seas, they'll be your beacon bright
Trust your gut and follow your heart
For they'll always lead you to the truth, and set you apart.

As in the depths of your soul, a voice whispers sweet
A gentle nudge, a guiding light, a beacon to meet
The truth that lies within, a treasure to seek
A wisdom that's yours, a gift to speak

Lies may be told, but they won't last long
For they have legs, and they will move on
Their feet will carry them far and wide
But the truth will always be by your side

Beware, my friends, of false truths we seek
For they will only lead us down a treacherous creek
A path of lies, a path of pain
That will bring us naught but sorrow and woe.

For when we choose a false truth, we see
A world that's not as it should be
A world that's twisted, dark, and cold
Where hope is lost, and dreams grow old.

Hence just listen to your heart, and trust your mind
For the truth will always be kind
It may not be easy, but it's the best way
To find the path that's true, and lead the way

In the end, the truth will shine so bright
And all the lies will fade away
For trusting your gut, will always be right
And the truth will reveal its light, come what may.

And let them tell their tales of falsehood and deceit
But the truth will always reveal their feet
For lies have legs, and they will come to light
No matter how dark the night, or how deep the night.

Just beware of the liar, with their words so sly
For their intent is to deceive, and make you cry
Hold fast to truth, and let it be your guide
For in its embrace, you'll always find your stride.

As in a world fully filled with strife and with woe,
Where injustice runs rampant, and the weak must go,
We must stand tall and fight for what is right,
For we are the ones who have the power to ignite.

We must stand for what is true and just,
And never back down from the forces that rust,
As we are the ones who have the power to change,
And bring a brighter dawn to a world in range.

With courage in our hearts and fire in our eyes,
We must face the challenges that the world devise,
As we are the ones to fight for what is right, to stand for what is true
For only we are the ones who have the ultimate power to do

Thereof let us all raise our voices, and be heard
To spread only the truth, & banish every insincere untrue word
That seeks to divide us, and make us all weak
For we are the ones who have the power to speak.
