Anger is the spider I kept under a cup,
I meet face to face with anger
every second of every day
I have nowhere to let her escape, so I made her my friend
like a baby spider 🕷️you find on your arm
too harmless to kill
to terrifying to acknowledge, so I put her under a cup
I poked holes so she may breathe
I give her leaves,sticks and water 🌊
I let her feel at home near me,
I let myself feel comfortable,safe even
with anger living in my room
she slides through the ventilation
that I procured just for her
everyday like clock work
she comes climbing up my arm again, and I come to terms with the fact
that she's a part of me
too harmless to kill
too terrifying to acknowledge, so I keep her in the top shelf
until she makes herself known again...🌿
