I wrote this at my lowest,
Before pain would make me a poet,
When my soul was crying and I didn’t know it,
Right after pain would make me a poet,
I wrote this at my highest,
With myself right beside me,
Before I knew the poet I can be,
Right after I saw myself as me,
Before pain would make me a
Poet.
