As we lie awake in our beds,
We look back at the things that have happened,
Even to the things that could have happened,
We think so much that we forget that we are frowning,
We forget that we are holding our breaths or that we are breathing too fast,
We forget so much that we didn't notice what was happening to our bodies,
Our main channel of focus is aimed at the things that worries us the most,
Wishing that it should not have happened,
Wishing that if only we did it right,
When in reality,
It hasn't happened...yet.
