The soft sky above,
The placid ocean below,
The pouring mid May's sun!
The cry of gulls and,
The gleaming shore.

The small pebbles,
that sparkle in the lingering sunlight!
The waves crashing on feet,
Ephemeral but recurrent waves!
Rising but falling waves!
Ever changing yet familiar waves!

A place where one doesn't feel,
the elapse of time.
Desperation, nostalgia,
Exhilaration , romance.
It was exactly,
what I had imagined!
The ocean is,
A little bit of everything.
