The Park
Tonight I got up out of bed
Put on my boots, hat on my head
I went downstairs, I grabbed the keys
Unlocked the kitchen door with ease
I walked outside for quite a while
Few metres turned into a mile
And on my journey in the dark
I found myself outside a park
The park was quiet, I strolled on in
The air was cold upon my skin
I found a bench and took a seat
I crossed my arms and tapped my feet
I started to hum, no one around
I ate a candy bar I found
I'm back at home before it's light
Just as I sleepwalk every night
