I know that if you want to make your mind feel relaxed then you must share your feelings with someone. But nowadays that era of sharing everything with someone and expecting them to us understand us more than we say is no more.
You can now share your feelings only with yourself.
Now it doesn't matter whether you feel light or more upset after talking to yourself.
One thing is sure that no matter how much you explain yourself to others, they will not understand, you will speak about your mind and they will take out a different meaning according to their thinking and all. Then it becomes very difficult to even explain them what you are really feeling..?
So, it is better to keep the things of your mind in your own mind.. instead of having double stress after sharing with them.
