Full of ambition;
Set out on a profound mission.
Calling out for all old souls;
Break out of this evil and cold.
Far and few between;
Your light is hard to be seen.
Seeking old souls;
Before the earth is left in coals.
This does not mean people of age;
Of certain life stages.
Old souls can be youthful;
If the soul is truthful.
People who still care;
Shockingly that is rare.
Though seemingly hard to care in this day of age;
Most filled with hate and rage.
With all of life’s pain;
Makes it hard to refrain.
Being empty or cruel like others,
But we still have our druthers!

Believe or not, you are a hard find.
