THE CROSSROAD
No more in the cross road of agony
Where men fought with uncelebrated heart diseases
In a pathless road of holiday
But thanks to nature for directing my path in the troubled sea
With the waves and the songs of the birds
No more in clan-destined reliance and commitment
Where actresses played double roles
One for love and satisfaction
And another for the national cake
See me not in your precarious scenes
Though a product of this theater
But picture me not to walk with you on that red carpet
Love me not, feel me no more, miss me not
Am gone not to return like winter
To dwell with my anointed princess
Oh thanks to the master planner of the universe
For directing our paths through the colours of the rainbow
To dwell in the land of peace and
Now, we dance no more to confused heart beats
But to the rhythms of our heart beats that echoes true love.
