Life is not a bed of roses
we have our happy days
we have our hard days
there are some days which makes us question our existence
but always dear always make sure to enjoy every moment
Be present each moment and feel
You don't have to be numb to be strong
Be strong enough to feel your lows
love yourself and embrace yourself in those moments
Be your own friend
console your innerchild
Be your own parent
Cry and spend a day in bed
Have coffee, ice cream or whatever you might need
Talk to a friend or a therapist
Reach out to people
sing, dance
do whatever that shrugs you off the negative emotions

But remember to always always bounce back .

Strength doesn't come from not feeling our emotions
Real courage and strength is having emotions and getting back up.
