When our parents compare us with others, they don't realize that we start feeling jealous for them.

When our parents become so strict that we start hiding things from them.

When we become so afraid of our parents that we start lying to them.

Sometimes the words of our parents do not seem less than a weapon to us.

When our parents used to say they knew everything about us, but little did they know that they have lost their happy child years ago.

When our parents scold us a lot on every small things, we start doubting ourselves for not be a perfect child for them.

When we share something with our parents, they always misunderstand us and think it must be our fault.

When our parents praise someone else's child, we say in our heart that if they are so good that they should adopt them.

When our parents do not appreciate us for something and instead insult us, we say that we wish they knew that we are trying to do so.

Sometimes looking at my parents I feel that they should have got a better child than me.

As we grow we might forget what our parents said but, won't forget how they made them feel!!

Our parents did a lot for us & they loved us a lot, but sometimes they forgot, we also expected something from them.
