Why
Sometimes, I cry randomly,
No reason. No explanation.
I've been triggered by something little,
But my heart is crying big.
Is this part of the journey
Am I growing weaker or stronger
Or maybe I need to let it out
Let what out
That deep pit feeling building up in the bottom of your heart
Let it out
How
I don't even know what it is
But I do know it's holding me back
I think I might just go pray
Then I know it will go away
for now
