I feel my heart is wrenching and ask myself is it all worth it? The pain... the crying... the anguish...the sleepless nights......the knotted breaths.....they say time heals wounds but its as false as the sun rising in the west and setting in the east....Pain never lessens it just intensifies with time ......but if you have someone to help you overcome grief....hold on to them tight.....seek warmth from their embrace and let go of your worries .....its all worth it in the end....
