They cut and they starve
They don’t see their beauty
Inside or out
They only see the little imperfections
But they don’t realize that those
Make them even more beautiful

Because they prove
That they aren’t fake
Mindless drones
That there is more to them
Than what’s on the outside

It proves that they are smart
And strong mentally and physically
That they are capable
Of everything they want to do
That they can do more than
Sit still and look pretty
Because they are perfect
And better because of every quirk

They are better than most of us
Because they don’t try to change others
Or make fun of people
But they need to realize
That they are enough
For anyone and those other people
Just aren’t good enough for them
