In the end it was just me and my thoughts,
A painful trap, long after you were gone, you dragged me into love
and left me haunting my Shadow's
I sniffed harsly when the first
few trailed down my cheeks
love came but you left.
I was left to wonder if these
was actually the feeling of love
or I didn't get the perfect love,
i witnessed love as walking on eggshells.

I thought falling in love will
make a way in my wilderness
and make a river in my desert
but my thoughts are beginning
to fade out

I snorted at the sight of my
desperate self finding love
I felt shackled and burdened
my mind dead,
watching my dreams drowning
