Rock Bottom
Staring at that wall infront of you, but instead of seeing colour, there is only darkness.
Emptyness and solitude, quite like the pit in your stomach.
Your mind pacing, just like how that numbness in your heart is somehow always racing.
That sinking feeling, like your suffocating slowly, as heavy as a rock lost in the bottom of the ocean.
In a busy room, and yet somehow you feel entirely alone.
Your heart feels rock solid and closed off, yet there's no way to break it open.
You've hit rock bottom and it's feeling impossible to stay afloat.
