The snake and the tiger
The snake and the tiger
looked out to sea
wondering how far
They could see.

The snake slithered
The tiger roared
As they decided
To travel abroad.

Where shall we go
Asked the snake
As theTigerTucked into
His juicy stake.

Well said the tiger
How about Spain
Italy, or France
Or England by train.

They climbed aboard
This rickety ship
At the stroke of midnight
To start there trip.

The ship left port
By the crescent moon
As the Tiger and snake
Sang a happy tune.

The next day arrived
Now out at sea
As the Tiger and snake
Sat eating there tea.

But the captain knew
Something was wrong
He could hear the two
Humming there song.

The crew stood firm
Ready to catch
The tiger and snake
Down in the hatch.

But the captain said
No let them free
To travel with us
Across the sea.

Eventually arriving
Tired and worn
Arriving in port
By first dawn.

They both rejoiced
As they then realised
As they left the ship
In there disguise,.

It wasn't spain
England or France
They landed in Rome
Somehow by chance..
