Why result to vengance
Is it to escape the pain of acceptance
Or is it just a cruel penance
To give us assurance
That our wrong was justified
Although it left them mistified
And with no reason identified
Of how the goodness was defiled
That wrong demanded to be right
Light mimicking darkness just for the night
To show that it can also fight
To prove its might
Not wolves in sheep's clothing
But light with a dark lining
Smoke with a fire burning
True to it's colouring
