Tears of anguish tentatively crawl down my soft cheeks,
I watch my world crack down into rubble,
Heart shattering into pieces,
Life tearing apart,
Soul shredding into unimaginable fragments.

I thoughts and believed we were permanent,
No! you said we were permanent,
But was I always a piece of dice in your game?,
Or was it recently?,
When did I turn into a stepping stone,
A side character in your story,
I thought I was also a main character,
That will be by your side forever.

Why do this for selfish gain,
Have you ever considered feeling,
What they're,
How they're,
How vulnerable they make one be,
Why not let me down slowly if you don't need me,
Why toss me away so painfully hard when you could let me down gently,
By considering what and how feelings are hurt.
