Down the Memory Lane
Just one step, one wrong step
I took it.
And then there was not one stop,
I went further and further down into the memory lane.
Just one thought brought me to this,
Inescapable prison of collections of time.
The macabre of a magnum opus,
The beauty of a hideous.
And I slipped, like a rolling stone
Gathering no moss.
Just deep and deep into thoughts,
Down the memory lane.
Each moment of time,
Swayed beside.
I held helplessly tight to the sorrows,
I used to hide, how hypocrite.
The happiness you ask?
Was no where near by.
The roads were made up of shattered pieces,
Of my heart and soul.
The river was made up of shed...
I took it.
And then there was not one stop,
I went further and further down into the memory lane.
Just one thought brought me to this,
Inescapable prison of collections of time.
The macabre of a magnum opus,
The beauty of a hideous.
And I slipped, like a rolling stone
Gathering no moss.
Just deep and deep into thoughts,
Down the memory lane.
Each moment of time,
Swayed beside.
I held helplessly tight to the sorrows,
I used to hide, how hypocrite.
The happiness you ask?
Was no where near by.
The roads were made up of shattered pieces,
Of my heart and soul.
The river was made up of shed...
