The cards that were at play..

Two people walked away.
Feelings misunderstood
It took time to heal.
Within the Chaos
The definition of who they were
Changed over Time

Now his hand holds another
Those days of pain felt so far away.
Isn't funny how Life Changes.
Do we truly know who we are?
Especially if the definition of who we are changes..
