Small and large chunks of rock,
Between the Jupiter and Mars they walk.
When the formation of the solar system is over,
they are bits and pieces left over.
Gravity of planets pulling towards them,
as the moons of the planet they become.
Millions of asteroids exist in the belt,
but thousand of kilometers they stay apart.
Galileo have crossed the space area,
and took the picture of asteroid Ida.
Stray asteroids collide with planets,
and huge craters they creates.
