I am drowning,
i lack the ability to swim,
everyone is frowning,
I am wreckless self sabotaging on a wim.
People tried to teach me but some blocked & undid the goodness that was done for me.
Hopeless my boat won't sail just a wreck in the sea, forever condemned to a life of periodic misery.
A let down to all who had the patience to be there & love me.
Ive drowned, my life, a tsunami, drowned in the froth of self loathing & hate, no.pay back to those who contributed to my mental state.
I drowned in my own sea nobody to rescue me.
