A duty with huge responsibilities.
Only given to one in a spot.
To prove all his good abilities .
in making ladder joining dots .

Order is not only what it holds .
That everyone is made to follow .
It means helping at each folds.
And not making the team hollow.

Followers never know the hardship,
Of the leaders they accompany,
In maintaining good leadership ,
At same having friends for company.
