I searched for Solitude
among the mountains
sometimes, At others
I went to the Forests,
The Monkey Mind there also
jumping from one branch
of thought to another
it nevers rests;
Mind is always in conflict
with my soul, my senses
are its most obedient slaves
forgetting their role,
Retreating to my Solitude
I drag the mind to
the Inner World where
it can't play fowl;
The purpose of the daily retreat
is to harmonize
the life balance by aligning
the body, soul & mind,
Once aligned
the drunken monkey becomes
sober forever & stays in now
as it forgets to rewind;
