There’s a new rhythm and rhyme to life. The colors so bright and richly defined.

Air sweeter with every breath, a lightness to my every step.

A sweet melody my guiding tune, a peace I never imagined woven through.

Past burdens falling away, forward the natural way.

Looking for the strength externally and realizing it was imbued within me from inception.

The dance has returned, my body finding its natural flow.

This liberation I don’t take lightly as it was a hard fought victory. Blessed beyond measure to finally return to me.
