Wrapped in silk sheets, my heart starts to beat
As I drift off into a peaceful sleep
My lips curl into a gentle smile
Dreaming of you, even just for a while
In my dreams, you caress my heart
Your touch as soft as silk, never to part
My lips yearn for your sweet embrace
As I hold you close, lost in your grace
But as the morning sun begins to rise
I awaken to a world of compromise
The silk fades away, the dream now gone
Leaving me with just my heart's longing tone
Still, I'll close my eyes and sleep once more
Hoping to see you again, my heart's core
For even in dreams, your love never slips
And my lips are always yearning for your sweet lips.
