I've fallen in love with him
I shouldn't have let it show
He doesn't want my love
But I just can't let go

My heart craves him every night
But he'll never know
I'm yearning to get over him
But I just can't let go

My happiness, my sorrows
I've shared with him
Good friends we have been though
The pain increases everyday
But why can't I just let go?

The thought of leaving him behind

That thought made me grow
I feel my soul slowly coming back to life
But I still can't let go

I've gotten control of my life again
But the tears in my eyes still flow
I don't know how to live my life without him
But I know I have to let go

I will let him go.
