I feel my heart is wrenching and ask myself is it all worth it? The pain... the crying... the anguish...the wealth
Of tears I've shed, the sleepless nights I've faced
The weight of the world, the burden I've embraced

But then I think of the love, the laughter, the light
The moments that make it all worthwhile, the beauty in sight
The resilience I've built, the strength I've gained
The knowledge that I've grown, the wisdom I've obtained

So I take a breath, and I let it go
The doubt, the fear, the uncertainty that grows
And I remind myself, it's all part of the ride
The ups and downs, the highs and the lows, the ebbs and the flows

It's all worth it, I tell myself, every single time
For the joy, the love, the life that's truly mine
So I'll hold on to hope, and I'll keep on moving forward
For I know that's where the beauty lies, in the heart that keeps on soaring."
