A Change!!
So, I glanced up at the sky,
Wishing that I could fly,
Far away from here,
So, I crept downstairs,
And with angry glares,
Picked up a knife,
And the emotions I couldn't fight,
And I ran up in my room,
I knew that the flowers would never bloom,
In the place I was going,
The sky being to glow,
And the wind began to blow,
As I held my wrist wide,
I could see my veins side by side,
I held the knife tight,
But a sudden flash of light,
Stuck me, I saw the real truth,
That they weren't the one that changed,
That I was the one to be blamed,
They all love me that I couldn't see,
Tears were falling from my eyes,
I regretted that I had spend my life,
Thinking that I was the one hated,
Thinking that I was the one jaded,
So I made a promise to myself,
That I wouldn't blame anyone else,
For the life I had chosen,
For the memories I had left frozen,
And then the thought came to my mind,
That there was still time to think that,
They weren't the one that changed,
I WAS!
