A new day, a new week,
Breathes your precious fragile spirit,
A new beginning, almost frightened to speak,
For it has magic virtues in it,
If you have the courage to seek.

To endure again, what happened yesterday,
Do I have the strength? Do I believe,
That what I do today will actually mean,
That I can escape "yesterday" and let "today" be clean.
