Rhythm and Rhyme
Who am I?
Well here you go,
an answer,
my sum,
in perfect prose...

Hello, I'm Aeth.
And I'm new to this place...
To this world and you, I may yet be new,
But it's this that I ask,
Because hello stranger,
Who are you?

How could you ever be a danger,
when you have a tongue of rhyming, writhing gold.

I may be all of 15, lively and lean,
but tell me to go hither,
and I shall not wither,
I shall twirl with lightning,
If a tad bit frightening.

I ask that you see,
I'm an old soul,
in a young heart,
Just like a good wooden bowl,
useful and timeless,
with barely a fault.

And if one was to be found,
certainly, not on THIS ground...

And as I dance across moss,
water, and stone.
I've found, I'm at a loss,
Because where am I to find,
My next simple rhyme?

Because what rhymes with water?
Not heather or mink,
It seems my spring has not sprung,
Syllables come undone,
How 'bout this, my dear one,
Why not have some fun?

As I'm afraid that for now,
I must bid you adieu,
As I have no rhyme for water,
I'm afraid that it's later,
when I'll have to see you..

It is true that oft,
I am nay, this bold,
But I like it here,
although it's a mighty bit cold.
But I like it here,
So I think that I'll stay...

So when you return,
my little dear Swallow,
ask of the winds,
do...
